1 Introduction

Welcome to Krikye. Krikye is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions. These Terms govern all use of the Krikye website, mobile platform, games, and any related services. References to "Krik ye", "we", "us", or "our" refer to the Krikye platform and its operating team. References to "you" or "your" refer to the registered user or visitor accessing the platform.

2 Eligibility

• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended Krikye account.

3 Account Registration

Krikye is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to keep their credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your Krikye account.

4 Deposits

Krikye accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits must be made in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). Deposits are credited to your Krikye account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Krikye does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• Krikye reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending fraud or security checks.

12 Limitation of Liability

• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind.

13 Account Termination

You may close your Krikye account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing and any applicable KYC requirements.

Krikye reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is detected.

Krikye will always attempt to resolve disputes fairly and promptly through direct communication before any formal process is initiated.

If you have a complaint about Krikye, please contact our support team in the first instance. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 5 business days.

15 Changes to These Terms

Krikye reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Where changes are material, Krikye will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Continued use of the Krikye platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you should stop using Krikye and contact support to close your account.
